UHPC production in four steps

1. UHPC mix design. HYPERCON's AI-enabled software designs an application-specific UHPC mix within seconds, based on the properties of the raw materials. Every mix complies with local standards.
2. Raw materials. The raw materials are sourced regionally and prepared precisely to the specifications each UHPC mix requires.
3. UHPC production. UHPC is produced at your precast plant or directly on the construction site, for precast elements and cast-in-place applications. Controlled mixing achieves the properties defined in the mix design.
4. Quality control. Sensor-based process monitoring and regular testing verify that every batch meets the specification. The results flow back into the mix design, so production improves continuously.
